G&G Interior Design has partnered with 4226 University LLC to design and furnish the interiors for a new $5 million dollar apartment complex in Columbus Georgia. The development is located directly across from Columbus State University and will serve the student population with affordable but upscale fully furnished apartment units.

The development is located atop a wooded hill with a scenic overlook of the schools campus. The completed look will be in keeping with the wooded environment and the tradition of elegant but subtle Southern stylings. A unique feature that G&G was asked to incorporate was the developments "UR Way" program. The "UR Way" program allows students to coordinate, arrange, and move all the furnishings within the unit to create the layout that they want for their living space.

G&G's challenge was to design furnishings that could survive the demands of college students, reflect an upscale style, and be movable throughout the unit. We have achieved this through a creative mixture of existing products and custom designed and manufactured pieces for the units. The end is a space that is elegant, livable, maintainable, and a pleasure to live in.
